The orange juice machine did not have true orange juice. it was more like an orange aid thing. the larger waffle maker was an operative. another guest thought it was unplugged. the front desk was helpful even though I think the lady was trying to cover two properties. the gras was overgrown neither this quality inn nor the adjacent 8”

“This hotel is relatively new and is just beginning to show some signs of wear like chipping here and there is the bathroom, scratches on the bedside table, small holes in the window blind. It is generally very quiet there and the walls seem to be thick enough to block out the TV or other normal sounds from adjacent rooms. If you value quiet, don't take a room on the first floor. It's too close to the lobby where people gather and play games, pool, etc in the evenings. In cold weather, I miss...

“Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). ”

“In 10 days I had the room cleaned only 3 days They said that cleaned was on request I usually use this chain but it was the first time some like this happened”

“Shower faucet was obviously broken for a long time, could not get hot water out of it. Hair all over the shower. Beds had black spots that flicked off when scratch on three different blankets, AC kept room hot overnight and fridge was barely cool. Advised staff and they “took a note to let management know” as if they didn’t already know.”

“Breakfast was very good, great variety. My only complaint is about the coffee machine, it takes to long for a cup to be made and a line backs up, especially if; like me, you’re getting a cup for more than yourself. I liked the pump thermos better.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff super accommodating. The entrance is poorly marked and the parking lot entrance is in need of repair. Our stay was perfect for what we needed- comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom 😊 they even had some snacks available at the front desk!”
